Information about hotels with which the EMR2012 Conference has agreed reduced fees is available in the Accommodation section.

Given the limited number of rooms reserved for the Conference, participants are strongly recommended to book their accommodation as soon as possible (preferably one month before the conference takes place. Later, it can be more difficult and expensive to find appropriate accommodation)

All participants coming from countries whose nationals need a visa to enter Spain should have received the official signed and stamped invitation letters. We strongly recommend early visa application at the corresponding Spanish Embassy or Consulate. If you need further assistance from our side, please let us know as soon as possible.
